'Elmo' is bred specifically for cutting, and is athletic enough for most performance disciplines. He is very flashy with lots of chrome. He is clever, sensible and a real character, taking everything in his stride.
Elmo's sire, Color Me Smart, is a legend in Paint Horse history, and is the first APHA $3 million cutting sire. Elmo's grandsire, Smart Little Lena, is considered king of the cutting horse bloodlines in the US being one of only three horses to win NCHA's Triple Crown, the Futurity, Derby and Super Stakes. Elmo's maternal grandsire, Peppys Doc Bar needs little introduction in Australia, and is the direct son of two NCHA Hall of Fame recipients 'Peppy San & Fizzabar'.
Elmo is currently in training with Bianca Gillanders.
